Schools - save 10% with e-Learning Credits!

All maintained schools, non-maintained special schools and pupil referral units in England have already received funding from the DfES in the form of e-Learning Credits for use with Curriculum Online certified products.

Transfinite Research is a Registered Content Provider and Retailer with Curriculum Online, which means that Maths Connections V2.0 may be purchased with e-Learning Credits. In this case we are pleased to offer an introductory 10% discount on the site licence price. This offer also applies if the purchase is only partially funded by eLCs, but all non-eLC orders will be charged at the full price.

e-Learning Credits (eLCs)

eLCs (electronic Learning Credits) are simply a means of funding. You place your order in the normal way, but please be sure to mention that it is an eLC order.

1: Contact your accounts department to find out your allocation of eLCs.
2: Send us an official school order (by fax or post), stating that you will be using eLCs. If only part of the cost is covered by eLCs, please state this amount.
3: We will then supply the software and invoice your school.

Curriculum Online

Curriculum Online (COL) is the next step in the goverment's sequence of investments in ICT for schools. The DfES says "The vision of Curriculum Online is one of online access to a wide range of digital learning materials, easily accessible to teachers which they can use to support their teaching across the curriculum".

£50 million is being distributed to schools this year for the purchase of Curriculum Online certified resources. Although the main COL portal is not yet fully operational, schools can already use their funding to make purchases by contacting the COL Registered Retailer directly.
